He has worked for international companies such as Fresenius und Synthes in Europe, Asia and the US and has detailed knowledge of the local health care markets and a broad network of responsible decision-makers worldwide.

As a PhD biochemist and holder of an executive MBA, he has long-term experience both in the fields of biochemistry, molecular cell biology and virology as well as in marketing and finance.

Prior to founding anfass Life Technologies AG in spring 2014, he headed the Mathys Group as Chairman/CEO and Delegate of the Board for many years, where he was primarily responsible for the development and success of the international family business.

Arne-C. Faisst has stake through anfass Life Technologies AG today in various companies operating in the fields of life science, biotechnology and diagnostics. He actively supports investment and is personally engaged in the renovation or construction projects. In addition, he provides his experience in various Board mandates and available associations.
